I take on a small number of advisory engagements. The common thread: enterprises that are serious about digital and AI transformation but realistic about the operating-model work it takes to ship it inside a real organisation.

Engagement shapes

AI & digital transformation diagnostic

Two to four weeks. I work with your CEO, CTO, CDO, CIO, or Chief AI Officer to assess where you are across five dimensions: platform, talent, data, governance, and leadership alignment. You walk away with a written diagnostic, a sequenced roadmap, and a defensible answer for your board on AI and digital investment.

Enterprise platform review

A deep engagement with your platform, data, and AI engineering teams. Architecture review of your model serving, evaluation, observability and foundational platform stack. Build-vs-buy calls. Internal developer platform design. Output: a concrete six-to-twelve-month platform plan, scoped to your business cases.

Executive briefing

Half-day or full-day session for your leadership team. Tailored to your industry, your current digital and AI posture, and the decisions you actually need to make. Useful before a strategy offsite, a board meeting, or a major investment decision.

Fractional / advisory rhythm

On rare occasions, a longer rhythm — a day or two per month working alongside an executive who is building or rebuilding a digital or AI capability. Discussed case by case.

Daily rate for advisory work, scoped per engagement. Happy to share a range on the first call — I do not publish a public rate card because the shape of useful work varies too much.
