How I work with companies.
I take on a small number of advisory engagements. The common thread: enterprises that are serious about digital and AI transformation but realistic about the operating-model work it takes to ship it inside a real organisation.
Engagement shapes
AI & digital transformation diagnostic
Two to four weeks. I work with your CEO, CTO, CDO, CIO, or Chief AI Officer to assess where you are across five dimensions: platform, talent, data, governance, and leadership alignment. You walk away with a written diagnostic, a sequenced roadmap, and a defensible answer for your board on AI and digital investment.
Enterprise platform review
A deep engagement with your platform, data, and AI engineering teams. Architecture review of your model serving, evaluation, observability and foundational platform stack. Build-vs-buy calls. Internal developer platform design. Output: a concrete six-to-twelve-month platform plan, scoped to your business cases.
Executive briefing
Half-day or full-day session for your leadership team. Tailored to your industry, your current digital and AI posture, and the decisions you actually need to make. Useful before a strategy offsite, a board meeting, or a major investment decision.
Fractional / advisory rhythm
On rare occasions, a longer rhythm — a day or two per month working alongside an executive who is building or rebuilding a digital or AI capability. Discussed case by case.
What I bring
- Twenty years of digital transformation experience across the US, Denmark, and China, including broad digital expertise in digital product/marketing/organization for HP, Siemens, Sony, Google, and Bentley, and B2B eCommerce platform transformation at SOLAR Group.
- Most recently as Senior Director at the LEGO Group, accountability for 80–100M DKK of annual investment, 800M+ DKK of business impact, and the mobile, web, and foundational platforms behind LEGO's consumer digital experiences.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI architecture and deployment, building foundational platforms, cloud migration, and consumer-scale digital experiences.
- Cross-cultural leadership across Denmark, Romania, US and Greater China — useful for multinationals operating across the Nordic, EU, US and Asian markets.
Who I work with
- Global and Nordic enterprises, typically with revenue above €500M.
- Industries: consumer products, retail, manufacturing, financial services, media, energy.
- Stage: post-pilot, pre-scale. Companies stuck in the gap between digital/AI experiment and Enterprise-level AI deployment/governence.
- I do not work with vendors selling AI tools.
What I do not do
- One-off prompt-engineering workshops.
- Generic AI-hype talks.
- Work that conflicts with my current executive responsibilities.
Pricing
Daily rate for advisory work, scoped per engagement. Happy to share a range on the first call — I do not publish a public rate card because the shape of useful work varies too much.
