Consumer engagement at scale. Drove mobile and web digital experiences reaching millions of consumers globally, alongside strategic ecosystem partnerships.
Enterprise platform strategy. Architected and operated multi-tenant platforms powering the LEGO ecosystem: member experience, consent and compliance management, AI-driven content moderation, social engagement, and analytics infrastructure.
